Day 5
I totally cheated today. Like TOTALLY. I guess since this is a “lifestyle” and all I should be allowed to eat normal food. But by normal food I mean I had an egg salad sandwich, mac and cheese and cookies. NONE OF WHICH ARE EVEN CLOSE TO ANYTHING PALEO. I’m a little frustrated but I guess tomorrow is a new day so hopefully I can get back with the program.
Day 4.
So I have weight training for crew again today. I’m really hoping it goes better than last time. I feel like I have more energy today. We’ve got a nice little two-a-day going on today so hopefully I actually have some more energy. I. Want. To. Die. Paleo is getting ridiculous. Yesterday during weight training, I basically passed out and it was super embarrassing. And then today we had an erg workout and I failedddddddd. I know it's been a while...
but I just got back to school and life has been hectic and hard and crazy and fun. I’m back now though and I’m going to try to keep up posts everyday. 40 mins on the stairclimber at 110 steps per minute
THEN 4x10 lunges with 15 lb. weights in each hand
THEN 4x12 kettlebell swings with 52 lb. kettlebell

soooo i plopped back above my first goal weight yesterday but it was my cousin’s birthday so i had some cake. but then this morning i was two pounds below my first goal weight. i’m thinking a swimsuit would be a good first reward because i’m on my way to being much healthier and fitter. plus it’s FINALLY starting to get nice in washington so i might even be able to wear it...
